Basic Information

Our leasing office is near the outdoor patio. Come on in and you will be greeted by a member of our Experience or Sales team at the front desk!

Our leasing office is open to help seven days a week between 10am and 5pm.

Touring

We would be happy to show you around our community! You can check our tour availability by using the link here. After selecting your desired day/time, a member of our sales team will be in touch to confirm!

24Fifty is a community unlike any other and we want to make sure you see and soak up everything during your visit! Because of that, we only offer guided tours with a member of our leasing team.

We will help narrow down some options for you upon arrival. To make sure we can show you as many options as possible, we recommend setting aside 45 minutes for a tour. Afterwards, this will give you time to explore our amenities on the rooftop and in the lobby area!

Future resident parking is available for our tours! You can pull into our parking garage heading North on University Boulevard. Immediately after entering the garage, future resident parking can be found to the left before reaching the gate arm.

Lease Terms & Fees

24Fifty offers leases between one and fifteen months to give you the flexibility to find a new home for exactly as long as you need one.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by accessing your resident portal through the Sentral Life App using bank draft, credit card, or debit card.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the resident Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.

The only utility not included in the base rent is electricity. This is billed separately through Conservice.

Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may anticipate the following monthly fees:

  • Assigned Parking – Rates vary by space type and location for an individual parking space and range between $125-175. Assigned tandem parking for two spots would cost $225. An additional parking permit can be paid monthly to our parking enforcement provider, ParkM, for $10 per vehicle
  • Pet Fees – $300 refundable pet deposit and $30 pet rent paid monthly.
  • Technology Fee – Internet – Fiber optic internet managed by Pavlov Media. This costs $23.04 per month.
  • Package Concierge Fee – One-time $20 registration fee for secure deliveries.

These fees support premium services and convenience features designed to enhance your living experience at 24Fifty. Please speak with our leasing team for a detailed breakdown.

Yes, all residents must maintain renters’ insurance throughout their lease term. You may choose any provider or visit (RealCoverage) for easy enrollment.

  • Application Fee: $60/applicant
  • Security Deposit: $500

Parking & Storage

We offer a secure parking garage underneath the community for $125 per month. If two parking spots are needed, we can also provide reserved tandem parking for $225 per month. An additional $10 enforcement fee should be paid to our parking provider, ParkM.

Guest parking for our secure garage is available on a paid-hourly basis at our parking kiosks. Otherwise, there is plenty of free parking available in the residential area behing our community.

While our community does not have EV charging, we have ease of access to charging points. We recommend going to points on the nearby University of Denver campus as well as King Soopers.

Bike storage is a complementary service that can be found connected to the main lobby of our community.

10’x10’ storage units are available for rent at a monthly cost of $75!

Pets

Absolutely, we love when residents bring their furry friends. Your pet will have plenty of opportunities to meet some new friends!

Pets need to be approved through our screening partner, Petscreening.com. Additionally, a refundable pet deposit of $300 will need to be paid prior to a pet’s arrival and pet rent will be $30 per month. All fees are conditional to the screening results from Petscreening.com.

Maintenance & Service Requests

We do! An onsite team of two is available to help with any issues that may come up.

Residents can submit maintenance requests 24/7 through the Sentral Life App, which we highly encourage.

For any life-threatening or medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

In the case of a lock-out, please call a local locksmith for apartment access.

Move-in

After a lease is signed, new residents will be invited to join Moved.com. This onboarding platform will help upcoming residents get set up for all necessary platforms for the community. While working through this, upcoming residents can look at moving vendors and compare pricing. Upcoming residents can also reserve our loading dock and freight elevator for a streamlined move-in process.

Our community has a secure fob reader system which allows 24-hour access to our current residents. Onsite courtesy patrols our community spaces such as our amenities, parking garage, and hallways every night.

We do! Residents who refer a new resident to 24Fifty will receive a $500 rent concession. The new resident who moves in will also receive the $500. Please note this offer is only applicable for new leases that are twelve months or longer.

24Fifty does not have guest suites. We would recommend checking into our sister community, Sentral Union Station, for short-term stays. Residents of 24Fifty enjoy a 10% discount for bookings at Sentral!
