Lease Terms & Fees

24Fifty offers leases between one and fifteen months to give you the flexibility to find a new home for exactly as long as you need one.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by accessing your resident portal through the Sentral Life App using bank draft, credit card, or debit card.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the resident Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.

The only utility not included in the base rent is electricity. This is billed separately through Conservice.

Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may anticipate the following monthly fees:

  • Assigned Parking – Rates vary by space type and location for an individual parking space and range between $125-175. Assigned tandem parking for two spots would cost $225. An additional parking permit can be paid monthly to our parking enforcement provider, ParkM, for $10 per vehicle
  • Pet Fees – $300 refundable pet deposit and $30 pet rent paid monthly.
  • Technology Fee – Internet – Fiber optic internet managed by Pavlov Media. This costs $23.04 per month.
  • Package Concierge Fee – One-time $20 registration fee for secure deliveries.

Yes, all residents must maintain renters’ insurance throughout their lease term. You may choose any provider or visit (RealCoverage) for easy enrollment.

  • Application Fee: $60/applicant
