DivcoWest will allow you to view and use the Site with an individual device for your informational, non-commercial use. Except as specifically permitted below, nothing contained in these Terms of Use or the Site either grants or will be construed to grant to you or any third party any title or interest in, or any license or right to use or reproduce, any image, text, software, code, trademark, logo or service mark contained in the Site, including without limitation the name or logo of DivcoWest, its affiliates and/or their respective officers, directors, managers, partners, members, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives (“Affiliates”).

User Submissions

Applicable Law

You agree that the laws of the state of California, without reference to its choice of law rules, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and DivcoWest relating to the Site. Any disputes between you and DivcoWest in connection with these Terms of Use may, in DivcoWest’s sole discretion, be resolved in arbitration or small claims court, subject to applicable law. If DivcoWest elects not to arbitrate a dispute, any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the County of San Francisco. DivcoWest makes no representation that the information in the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to the DivcoWest Site from territories where the content of the DivcoWest Site may be illegal is prohibited.
